Returns 

All Items are bespoke and hand manufactured to order, you may cancel your order any time up until the order is confirmed.

  • ​Once your order is confirmed, it is non-refundable.

Delivery & Turnaround Time 

We have a standard 7-10 working day turnaround time on our products/services. We can operate an express service please contact us with any specific requirements.

  • All orders are posted using a Tracked & Insured postal service 

Free Design Consultation 

We offer all customers a free design consultation.  A consultation is an opportunity to discuss your project before purchasing a product/service.

Consultations are typically carried out via email and you will have the opportunity to gain specialist advice on your bespoke project.
